August 22 School starts for Alt. K - 6th grade- early release at 1:15 for parent access all week.
Safety news from the school- as you know, we have been working with the Mayor and City Council of North Ogden to create safe routes to school, where we still need them. This has been a concern for many years but now there is a plan! It involves building asphalt pathways connecting the sections of sidewalk on 1700 North and on 2100 North. We believe that every student will have a safe way to walk or bike to school with the completion of these projects. As a school community, we will pay one third of the cost - which will be $3833. A committee of parents is working to raise this money. They are asking that if you have a business and would like to donate for this project please contact Anna Glazier at annaglaz@gmail.com . There will be a banner or sign created recognizing supporters. We hope to have these projects in addition to the flashing sign in place for the beginning of school. Please donate if you can.
